Orders and delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days and delivered within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. Please allow 8 to 12 working days in total.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only.

Returns

Can I return a light?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions.

What if my light arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Choosing and installing

Do I need an electrician?
Pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers and hard-wired wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with UK wiring regulations (BS 7671). Plug-in lamps are ready to use.

Are bulbs included?
Each product page states the bulb type and whether a bulb or integrated LED is included. Where a bulb is not included, we recommend a warm white LED bulb (2700K) of the type listed.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists exact dimensions in centimetres and inches. As a guide, a pendant over a dining table looks best at about half to two-thirds of the table's width, hung 75 to 85 cm above the tabletop.

Can I see the materials up close?
Each product has close-up photographs of its materials. If you have a question about a finish or a size, email us and we will reply within 24 hours on working days.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout.

Are prices in pounds?
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
