Delivery is free on every order to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Each light is prepared and carefully packed after your order is placed. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, then delivered within 5 to 7 working days. In total, please allow 8 to 12 working days. Every parcel is tracked and insured, and you will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. Email us at team.lamplithome@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Items should be returned complete and in their original packaging. If you change your mind, return postage is paid by you. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover all costs.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
If your light arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
